Charming floor plan built in 1910 with a rocking chair front porch. Lots of interesting features from the 1900's. The home is known as the Cauthen-Dunlap House & is in the National Historic Registry as well as the City of Rock Hill Historic District. A historic photo is attached from the NHR. Claude Cauthen was the first owner. He was president of the RH Lumber Company. It was sold in 1925 to Frederick Dunlap. The original footprint is shown in 1916 Sanborn maps. The property has not been maintained.
